Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Execute daily production by overseeing 3 - 5 lines per shift. Own the "floor" by driving performance across productivity goals and meeting customer deadlines.

Team Development: Lead, train and develop new hires to adhere to safety protocols in alignment with regulatory and company standards.
\n\t \n\t - \n\t
Labor & Scheduling: Manage work schedules, optimize overtime usage, and ensure 100% accuracy in timekeeping and attendance records.
\n\t \n\t - \n\t
Compliance & Safety: Ensure the team operates in total compliance with regulatory and company standards.
\n\t \n\t - \n\t
Reporting: Maintain high-integrity operational records, including incident reports, shift handovers, and probationary documentation. Track and report KPIs, including productivity , quality and safety metrics.

Implementation: It is encouraged to implement changes that may enhance efficiency and improve overall performance.
