Precision Soldering: Perform high-quality hand soldering of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and through-hole components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).
\n\t \n\t - \n\t
Mechanical Assembly: Build electronic enclosures and sub-assemblies using various hand tools (screwdrivers, torque wrenches, pliers).
\n\t \n\t - \n\t
Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and Work Instructions (WI) to ensure accurate assembly.

Quality Inspection: Use magnifying lamps and microscopes to self-inspect solder joints for bridges, cold solders, or voids, ensuring compliance with IPC-A-610 standards.
