General Summary
The E-Commerce Manager (Mexico) is responsible for leading digital initiatives across site management, creative campaigns, and cross-functional projects on stevemadden.mx and dolcevita.mx. This position supports the Retail Corporate business.
The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Product Management
- Strategically plan site updates, product drops, and featured collections based on inventory insights and business needs
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to sync brand-wide strategies by utilizing the most productive content and exposing the highest conversion drivers
- Own the customer journey by optimizing site navigation, search results, UGC integration, and product merchandising
- Act as a platform expert, executing enhancements and managing bugs in partnership with development and vendors
- Manage the product launch calendar and validate product setup across the site
- Own strategy and optimize site for SEO and AEO
- Collaborate with Planning teams on sales goals (annual/quarterly/monthly/daily) and promotional calendar
Data & Analytics
- Create new and improved business reports that surface actionable insights
- Support ad hoc data requests and performance deep dives to inform strategy
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities
- Translate data into strategy using tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
- QBR presentations to leadership
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- Shopify experience required
- Excellent communicator with strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically, balancing day-to-day execution with long-term planning
- Apparel and/or footwear industry experience highly preferred
- Comfortable working in a founder-led, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Available to work in the NYC office 4 days per week
- Spanish speaking
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000-$85,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
