- Accurately process teller transactions
- Efficiently and accurately record information
- Research and resolve member concerns
- Cross-sell credit union products and services
- Efficiently utilize the software system provided to perform member transactions
- You will gain through knowledge of negotiable instruments including cash and checks
What we need from you
- Previous cash handling experience
- Desire to provide outstanding member service
- Ability to discuss our products and services
- Self-motivate
- Good communication skills
- Dependable (arrive to work on time as scheduled)
