Our client is a reputable and growing interiors-focused General Contractor based in NYC, specializing in commercial office, retail, and corporate fit-outs. - Assist Project Managers in overseeing all phases of interior construction projects
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
- Support scheduling and project tracking to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project budgets and assist with cost control and reporting
- Participate in site walks, progress meetings, and client updates
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 2-5 years of experience in construction project management, ideally within NYC interiors
- Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and coordination
- Familiarity with NYC building codes and fast-paced project environments
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
