Job Description
    • Assist Project Managers in overseeing all phases of interior construction projects
    • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
    • Support scheduling and project tracking to ensure timely completion
    • Monitor project budgets and assist with cost control and reporting
    • Participate in site walks, progress meetings, and client updates
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

    • 2-5 years of experience in construction project management, ideally within NYC interiors
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and coordination
    • Familiarity with NYC building codes and fast-paced project environments
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic team
    • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office tools
