Are you an undergraduate student eager to launch your marketing or business career Join Colgate-Palmolive’s Summer Internship Program out of the New York Headquarter Office and experience first-hand how we build and elevate some of the world’s most iconic brands.

What You’ll Gain:

During your internship, you will:

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to translate brand objectives into high-impact social concepts and campaign ideas.

  • Research, analyze and recommend elements of key summer event campaign efforts attached to hello

  • Coordinate consumer sampling logistics to support 3-4 summer events

  • Conduct trend and comparative analysis for hello to other challenger brands in market during the summer

  • Support Content Strategy across incremental, unfunded platforms like: Spotify, Snapchat, and more

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (IBE, Analytics, Omni, and more) to ensure social-first ideas are cohesive across all platforms and consumer engagement touch points.

  • Help capture on-the-ground, behind the scenes content to support hello summer activities

  • Collaborate with managers on UGC and Influencer approach to maximize engagement, reach and “that’s so me” experience for consumers

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, corporate communications, journalism, or a related field with an expected graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027

  • A deep passion for social / digital media and the evolving digital media landscapes.

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices

  • Familiarity with social media management platforms or a strong willingness to learn them.

  • Knowledge of social reporting and analytics, or willingness to learn.

  • Proven time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality content and execution.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively work across the team.

  • Flexible and adaptable in overcoming obstacles and devising innovative solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $22.50 - $25.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
