Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team in a Project Manager capacity. This individual will play a key role in leading projects, managing internal teams, and serving as a trusted partner to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage land development projects from concept through completion
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and communication
  • Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and project scopes
  • Coordinate across internal disciplines (civil, surveying, planning, environmental, etc.)
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to regulatory standards
  • Support business development efforts and identify new opportunities

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • 5&-10 years of experience in land development / civil engineering
  • Proven experience managing projects, teams, and client relationships
  • Strong understanding of site design, grading, drainage, and utilities
  • Experience with budgeting, proposals, and project financials
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
