Staff Nurse - RN - Center for Special Studies/HIV Practice - Weill Cornell Medical Center
Expand your nursing knowledge and clinical skills by providing the best in care for our patients. Here, you will provide important functions in your nursing role such as triaging patients who call or walk in; performing safe lab duties; delivering quality care and expert patient education.
You will build positive relationships with patients as you work with them through the continuum of their lives, through both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will set goals and assist patients to achieve their highest quality of health.
This is a full-time, four day- 10-hour shift position. Covering two locations at the E. 68th St & Chelsea locations.
Preferred Criteria
HIV/AIDs Nursing Certification
Experience in HIV, sexual health, primary care
Experience working in an outpatient setting
Required Criteria
Minimum one year of acute care RN experience
Bachelor’s degree in nursing
Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
BCLS certification (AHA)
