Compensation Analyst - Human Resources
In this role, you will help determine salary and variable compensation for multiple lines of business. You'll partner with team members on compensation issues, assisting in job descriptions, salary reviews and maintenance of compensation programs. Conduct internal and external research, ensuring alignment with market best practices. In addition, you will participate in the administration of annual compensation processes and projects.
This is a full time, day shift position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan and the ability for 1 day remote.

Bachelor degree
Minimum of three years related experience
Ability to work in fast paced environment supporting multiple projects at the same time
Proficient in Microsoft Office, technical skills
