Job Summary:

Job Summary:
This role requires a skilled A/V Technician to provide high-quality support for events, meetings, and A/V technology across the organization. The A/V Specialist will be responsible for daily service delivery, incident resolution, system maintenance, and ensuring seamless operation of all A/V and conferencing systems, including client-facing Zoom environments. This position is critical for maintaining reliable and advanced A/V infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive A/V support for live events, high-profile meetings, and corporate conference rooms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents related to audio, video, and conferencing systems, including QSC, Yamaha, Vizrt, Ross, Barco, Blackmagic, Cisco, and Logitech.
- Manage and respond to A/V incidents and requests through ITSM ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Perform regular A/V system maintenance, software updates, and readiness checks for conference rooms and collaboration spaces.
- Provide exceptional customer-facing support, including direct assistance to C-Suite executives during meetings and events.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in A/V technology support, with a strong emphasis on event support.
- Hands-on expertise with conferencing platforms (Zoom/Teams), DSPs, and audio/video control systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, including executives.
