Now hiring Multi-Site Service Managers!&
We’re looking for a Multi-Site Service Manager who brings a “whatever it takes” mindset to the team. In this full-time role, you’ll oversee the physical condition of multiple communities, ensuring they consistently meet company standards as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
As a Multi-site Service Manager, you will be expected to: &
Establish and manage a 24-hour on-call schedule for multiple sites; respond as necessary. &
Adhere to a preventative maintenance schedule for all property equipment and apartment systems across multiple sites.&
Develop and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians through diagnosing problems and providing a resolution.&
Mentor and guide maintenance technicians to increase their overall knowledge base and skill set.&
Partner with office team members to provide exceptional service and follow-up to our residents on any maintenance issues that may arise.&
Manage and organize inventory of all maintenance materials.&
Establish a preventive maintenance schedule, make-ready schedule and general work order schedule for team.&
Regularly inspect community buildings, including vacant units.&
Compensation & Incentives&
Base Pay: $29 &- $33& &
Up to 50% Rent Discount&
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions&
Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly&
On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone&

Monday &- Friday: 8 AM- 4:30 PM& &
Paid rotating on-call participation required&

What we’ll expect from you:&
Active and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.&
HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.&
One-year certificate, 5 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.&
