Job Description

Maintenance Technician (Industrial Manufacturing)

Keep the plant running. Be the reason production doesn’t stop.

If you’re the person everyone calls when equipment goes down—and you take pride in fixing it right the first time—this is worth a look.

We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturing operation that takes safety seriously and invests in its people. They’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who can own equipment reliability and keep production moving without missing a beat.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Diagnose and repair equipment issues before they become downtime disasters
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep machines running at peak performance
  • Troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, and utility systems
  • Work with refrigeration systems (compressors, pumps, condensers, heat exchangers, etc.)
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical docs
  • Handle basic electrical work independently
  • Identify root causes—not just quick fixes—and implement real solutions

What You Bring
  • 6 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • At least one technical certification (electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, etc.)
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset—you don’t guess, you diagnose
  • Solid understanding of industrial safety standards

Bonus Points For:

  • 8 years in a high-volume production environment
  • Multiple certifications (PLC, electrical, refrigeration, reliability, etc.)

The Environment
  • Industrial manufacturing setting (yes—moving equipment, temperature swings, real-world conditions)
  • Hands-on role—you’ll be on your feet, using tools, and solving problems in real time

Why This Role
  • Stable, long-term opportunity (this isn’t a revolving door)
  • Competitive pay
  • Leadership that values people who take initiative and solve problems
