  • Operate CNC mills and lathes safely and efficiently

  • Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and offset adjustments
  • \n\t
  • Load raw materials and tools into machines
  • \n\t
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
  • \n\t
  • Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges
  • \n\t
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and tolerances
  • \n\t
  • Edit CNC programs and make program adjustments as needed
  • \n\t
  • Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and production issues
  • \n\t
  • Optimize cycle times and improve manufacturing efficiency
  • \n\t
  • Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality workmanship
  • \n\t
  • Perform preventative maintenance and maintain clean work areas

  • Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
