Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC mills and lathes safely and efficiently \n\t
- Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and offset adjustments \n\t
- Load raw materials and tools into machines \n\t
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions \n\t
- Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges \n\t
- Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and tolerances \n\t
- Edit CNC programs and make program adjustments as needed \n\t
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and production issues \n\t
- Optimize cycle times and improve manufacturing efficiency \n\t
- Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality workmanship \n\t
- Perform preventative maintenance and maintain clean work areas \n\t
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards \n
