Precision Assembly: Assemble intricate mechanical components and sub-assemblies accurately and efficiently during the 1st shift.

Blueprint Reading: Read, interpret, and follow detailed blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
\n\t \n\t - \n\t
Quality Control: Inspect finished products and sub-assemblies to ensure they meet strict company quality standards and tolerances.
\n\t \n\t - \n\t
Tool Operation: Safely and skillfully use standard hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and precision measuring instruments.

Troubleshooting: Identify assembly discrepancies or component defects and collaborate with the engineering team to resolve them.

Documentation: Maintain clear, accurate logs of production builds and quality checks.
